EVA foam is a new type of environmentally friendly material, belonging to a kind of foam, also known as EVA sponge.
EVA foam can also be produced the color according to customer's requirements. It has A material, B material, C material, low-grade environmental protection material and non-environmental material.
EVA foaming process:
At the decomposition temperature, the foaming agent releases a large amount of gas to form a nucleus. After a sudden pressure relief, the nucleate depressurization causes the EVA and other materials to swell and form a foaming material.
EVA foam foam grade:
Class C, Class B, Class A, Class 3A, CR material, high-elastic EVA material, rubber EVA material, etc. It is often used in the inner lining of tool boxes and packaging boxes, and is also commonly used in environmentally friendly toy craft products.
